As we have mentioned, the Body Wellness® approach to health is a "Triune Focus", Diet & Nutrition, Mental/Emotional/Spiritual Conditioning and Physical Conditioning. Notice that Mental/Emotional/Spiritual Conditioning forms the base of the TRIUNE. It is the foundation upon which we build our Health & Well-being.

It has only been recently that science has verified ancient wisdom in understanding the mind’s role in achieving optimum health, and in its innate ability to heal the body.

No matter what ones goal is, our minds must be consciously and subconsciously aligned to our mission or we will find that we will fall short of the desired outcome. We believe that the Mental/Emotional/Spiritual complex plays a predominant role in our quest for health and positive lifestyle change. Therefore all of our programs pay careful attention to this wisdom as we introduce tools and techniques for proper reconditioning of our mental/emotional/spiritual being.
