Body Wellness® Programs & Services is a 501 (C) 3, not-for-profit organization that has been providing personal and on site corporate wellness programs since January 1989. Our mission is to help educate corporate America with regard to the value of health, fitness and wellness within the corporate culture. We do so via our 250 different personal and corporate wellness programs and our quarterly corporate newsletter, “Wellness in the Workplace”®.

In our twenty three year history Body Wellness® has provided wellness programs to schools, hospitals, government agencies, corporations and individuals.
